Funds Available

Subscription areas on the discussion board generate funds for general use.  Allocation of these funds and decisions regarding their use are made by the subscribed members according to the following procedure:

1. Any subscribed member may offer up a suggestion for use of funds.

2. 25% of the subscribed members must vote to decide the suggestion.  Less than 25% will cause the suggestion to die.

3. Once 25% of membership has voted, it takes 75% of that number to pass the suggestion.  Otherwise it dies.

4. The standard length of the poll (vote) will be 14 days.

5. The funds available amount is posted on the main page of the discussion forum.
