So far I guess I'm the lowest by far! That's OK, I didn't expect much this year. I only had 3 years as an E6 and just made Chief in September, 13 total years in service. At least I have an idea of what the process is now.

Chris, call around to other HSs that have gone Warrant. The cut is different every year, and different for every rate. If seen that cut jump almost 100 points from one year to the next. You can also look up the lifer list on the PACAREA CMC Board and get an idea how many HSs you'd be competing against.

So far I only know of one other HS, an HSCS, and he got over 300. Like I said,I didn't really think I'd make it this year so it's not that big of a deal. Besides, do I really want to leave San Diego early? :D
