This is really premature, but I was wondering what ANT OIC jobs are coming open in AY 10?

You can find out using cgcentral by doing a people search and putting 2010 as the tour completion date. There are always a good number of ANT's open. For example, the following units have BMC's or BMCS's that are listed as tour complete in 2010:

CG ANT FORT LAUDERDALE
CG ANT SAUGERTIES
CG ANT WANCHESE
CG ANT KENNEWICK
CG ANT HONOLULU
CG ANT LONG ISL SOUND
CG ANT ST PETERSBURG

You have to be careful with this because some of these guys may be XPO's that have made BMC. AO's would caution you as well because there may be fleet ups or extensions already planned for this unit. But it at least gets you in the ball park.

That is the case for the ANT Kennewick job. It's the XPO

Another thing to keep in mind is that some of the people transfer IN this year,may be on their way OUT again next year, and it isn't going to show up on that people search. With the last revision to the cut, some of those people are going to be billet mis-matches shortly after taking command. Some might get a year or two out of that billet depending on what the rest of their crew's transfers look like.
You could also pull a list of all the ANTs, get the OinCs names, and watch for who looks at Warrant.

The BMC job at ANT Fort Lauderdale is the XPO who made BMC this year. The incoming OIC will be transfering in this year replacing the BMCS currently sitting in the position.
