There are many orginizations that help out for kids like him and it is awesome that the Coast Guard is one of them. Great job S.D.

Chris, Great article thanks for posting it. Our organization does so many things that we consider just part of the job. It is nice to see something like this get the attention it deserves!

More great work by members in the Coast Guard. The accident happened directly in front of our offices. Unbelievable bravery and actions by EM1.

I agree, that is an awesome story! Makes me wonder what I would do in that situation.... one never knows until you have to make that split second decision!
