I didn't know Master Chief Boser, but I was honored to be present at his memorial today along with BMC Pat Owens (OinC STA Cleveland Harbor). The memorial was attended by members of the U. S. Army and U. S. Air Force Honor Guards, as well as the members of the Cleveland American Legion.
