I'm shopping around for a CG flag to donate to a VFW that is in need of one for a color guard. Who has bought one before and from where w/ cost? I'm looking to have the local mess all pitch in and donate it. So the lower the cost the better. :) Where is the best deal out there?

Jeff, if you don't have one, someone "plays" SK.... Seek out the person that orders your/the supplies...

Jeff, make sure that you get a CG Standard (white field with blue logo) and not a CG Ensign (red and white striped with logo). You are looking for a parade flag so I'd suggest you talk to the Honor Guard coordinator at your Sector.

I just did a quick google and came up with the following;

http://www.cvsflags.com/military.cfm

The 4x6 was only $33.

Thanks, Bruce. I just found that to. I think we'll go with that.

I've got the Standard. I can't seem to find any info on presenting the Standard. Is there a canned ceremony for presenting the Standard to a group that anyone is aware of, or is it just kind of a wing-it type thing?
